Introduction & Acceptance

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the bdg Baji (bdg-baji.com) website or mobile app. By registering with bdg Baji or using any of our services, you are giving your full agreement to these terms.

This document is a legally binding agreement between bdg Baji and its members. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Membership Eligibility

To register and use bdg Baji's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted under the laws of your country.
• You must play for yourself and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Registration is not permitted if you have a prior ban or account termination history on bdg Baji.
• All information provided must be complete, accurate, and truthful.

Account Rules & Security

Each member may hold only one account on bdg Baji. The account rules are as follows:

Account Creation Rules

• You must provide your correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• An identity verification (KYC) process may be required.
• Keep your password strong — use at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your account and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone. bdg Baji will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Bdg Baji monitors multiple accounts operating from a single device. Any suspicious activity will trigger an account review.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bdg Baji:

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit (where applicable).
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If your account holds a bonus balance, you must fulfil the wagering requirements before making a withdrawal.
• bdg Baji reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bdg Baji regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms; however, the general rules below apply to all bonuses:

• Generally, a new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is still active.
• Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements (bet-through). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
• Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus play — a list of qualifying games is available on the Promotions page.
• bdg Baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any abuse of the bonus system (bonus hunting) will result in account closure.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on bdg Baji are operated in accordance with international standards. The following rules apply to all members:

General Gaming Rules

• Bets cannot be changed once a game has started — please review everything before confirming.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the bet will be voided and your funds will be returned.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to Support within 24 hours.
• In Sports Betting, certain bets placed after a match has started will not be accepted.

RNG Integrity Guarantee

All casino games on bdg Baji use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure that every game outcome is completely fair and random.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdg Baji. Engaging in any of these will result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or managing more than one account.
• Registering with false information or using someone else's identity.
• Attempting to hack or modify the gaming software.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Impersonating bdg Baji staff.

Privacy & Data Protection

Responsible Gaming Policy

Bdg Baji believes gaming should be a source of entertainment. That's why we actively promote responsible gaming:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set directly within the app.
• If necessary, accounts may be temporarily suspended for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• To permanently close your account, please contact Support.
• If signs of gaming addiction are detected, bdg Baji may proactively restrict the account.

Account Closure & Termination

Bdg Baji reserves the right to close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or attempting to commit fraud.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As directed by legal authorities.
• At bdg Baji's sole discretion (with reasonable cause).

Members may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

Bdg Baji is not liable for the following:

• Game losses due to internet disconnection.
• Loss of login credentials due to the member's own negligence.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or server attacks.

Rule Changes & Updates

Bdg Baji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notification.
• Updated terms generally take effect 30 days after they are published.
• If a member continues to use the platform after any changes take effect, they will be considered to have accepted the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid, all remaining clauses shall continue in full force. Any dispute between bdg Baji and a member will first be addressed through negotiation.
